Dr. Christy McAffee brings a wealth of corporate operational, management and government liason experience to CPI. She has been a director or administrator for large educational and other business institutions for over 25 years, and most recently was the officer for the US CIS at Argosy University where she oversaw the international student visa applications and compliance for multiple capmuses. She is our CEO and is based in the St George office.
Dan McAffee is our founder and President of Crystal Pass Industries. He is a geologist and has grown up prospecting the Southern Utah area since he could walk. Dan is also an electronics engineer and is working on a number of patents that will enhance the renewable energy division of Crystal Pass Industries as well as reduce the carbon footprint of such processes as Acetylene and concrete manufacturing going forward.
John Callaghan is our Chief Operations Officer of Crystal Pass Industries. He brings to us a wealth of experience in organizational management with companies such as Microsoft and Hewlett Packard and applies the methods of modern information technologies to our company that brings us a level of efficiency and steamlined business intelligence that is allowing us to compete with larger companies in this early era of our organization.

Boyd Cook is our CFO and he brings to us a very high level of expertise in executive business and finance. With over a decade of experience in venture capital management and placement, net worth management, financial operations, financial analytics, business organization and structure, as well as client relations and consulting skills, we are very fortunate to have him at our foundation and scaling our growth going forward.
Peg McAffee Routledge is our Senior VP of Operations. After a career in film and television where Peg has been a business owner and a project manager in media technology for over 30 years, she brings a modern approach to serving the company and customer needs in a modern industrial resource industry. Peg has a knack for anticipating and mitigating challenges it seems in everything she does and we are grateful to have her.
Jeff Routledge is our Chairman of the Board of Advisors. He has a passion for finding the best innovators and then providing them with the most agile infrastructure so they can grow into game-changing companies as fast as they need. He has an unequivocal history of this for such companies as billion dollar mobile technology company Machine Zone where he is the founding architect of their infrastructure, as well as highly successful cloud provider Box.com, MySpace, Hulu and Vivendi Universal Games. As an early founding investor, Jeff has continued to bring talent and relationships to add to the innovative team at CPI.
Our Energy Initiatives
STELLAR CLEAN ENERGY
CPI MILL RENEWABLE POWER
Our mission is to power our operations with a grid-tied renewable power system utilizing a combination of wind and solar. Working in a joint venture with our partner Ross Gregorsen, we will also be marketing solar to customers in the Southern Utah area.
We plan on installing the first on-site wind turbine at the CPI Mill in Q3 2018 while we finish our application to the BLM for a wind study and wind right-of-way in the South end of Milford Valley. Our goal is to build a utility grade wind farm and solar array by 2018

OFFICE LOCATION
Our corporate headquarters are located near St George, Utah and our mining and miling operation is in the Milford area of Beaver County. We currently are working claims in high-grade calcium carbonate from Southern Utah and West Texas. We are also in exploration and development on lithium claims in Northern Nevada. We also have projects that encompass high-whiteness dolomite, industrial wollastonite and potential precious metals. We are in R&D for patent pending process to precipitate pure calcium carbonate from carbide tailings in the manufacture of Acetylene gas. We also are in a startup phase of renewable energy installations which is a subsidiary joint venture that will enable us to completely power our operations sustainably as well as provide a revenue stream in this area.
